This was the very first of Kenya's beach hotels and so was able to have the pick of locations. It soon gained a reputation for hospitality and excellence which endures to this day. The main building has spacious older rooms while the Garden Wing rooms are more modern and wind through the tropical Five restaurants that suit all tastes and appetites. located 7km from Mombasa offers 233 spacious ‘cabins’, 83 with sea view and rest overlooking gardens. Eight cabins are interconnected for family use, and also on offer are three large junior suites. All cabins have private balcony, telephone, air-conditioning, and electronic safe. Other hotel amenities include three restaurants and a café, three bars, shopping arcade, Parisian salon, and swimming pools with Jacuzzi and waterslides, and health center with techno gym equipment.
